Refund Policy

Clean Asere

1. General

At Clean Asere, we strive to provide high-quality services. Due to the nature of car detailing services, not all services are eligible for refunds.

By booking with us, you agree to this Refund Policy.

2. Deposits

  • Deposits required to book appointments are non-refundable.

  • The deposit secures your spot in our schedule.

  • In some cases, deposits may be applied toward a rescheduled appointment (see Section 3).

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations with more than 24 hours notice:
    → May be rescheduled without penalty

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice:
    → Deposit is forfeited

  • No-shows:
    → Deposit is forfeited and full prepayment may be required for future bookings

4. Refunds

  • No refunds will be issued once a service has been completed.

  • If there is an issue with the service, the customer must report it within 24 hours.

At our discretion, we may:

  • Offer a service correction

  • Provide a reasonable resolution

5. Customer Satisfaction

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied:

  • You must notify us the same day or within 24 hours

  • We reserve the right to inspect the vehicle before taking any action

6. Vehicle Condition

We are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Issues that cannot be corrected through detailing

These do not qualify for refunds.

7. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by:

  • Weather

  • Traffic

  • Mechanical issues

  • Circumstances beyond our control

In such cases, rescheduling will be offered.

8. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service under reasonable circumstances.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy at any time. Changes are effective upon posting.

10. Acceptance

By booking a service with Clean Asere, you agree to this Refund Policy in full.
